Right on the shoreline of Coniston Water at Bank Ground Farm, with a stunning view accross the water to Coniston Old Man.  You will have a unique, authentic nordic style sauna experience. With the option to have cold dips in the water during your Sauna session for hot and cold exposure.

The sauna bookings are for one hour slots, with 50 minutes Sauna time and 10 minutes to clean between sessions. Giving you time to fully relax and feel the full benefits of heat from the Sauna and cold from dipping in the Lake combined.

When you arrive at Bank Ground farm, park up by the Farmhouse. Follow the La’alsauna signs that will lead you down to the Sauna sited near the waters edge.

The Swallows and Amazon cafe provides Breakfasts (pre booking advised) Luch and afternoon tea and cakes.

A toilet is available in the Farmhouse by the Cafe and there is a composting toilet shack by the waters edge.

Please allow extra time prior to your booking to sort out parking, find where we are and get changed.

The Swallows and Amazon Cafe are open for Breakfast 8:30am-10:00am (call to reserve a table to avoid disappointment) Lunch 12pm - 3pm (Thursday to Monday) Tea and cakes 11am-4pm (Thursday to Monday)

Bank Ground Farm is a B&B. So if you would like to stay over and make the most of your visit, you can. They also have holiday cottages if you would like to plan a trip.
